1. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • We usually process orders within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery within India takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Express shipping may be available at an extra charge.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

  • Yes, COD is available for select pin codes in India.
  • For higher-value orders, we may request advance payment.

3. Is your jewelry real gold/silver?

  • We specialize in premium fashion jewelry including gold-plated, silver-plated, stone, Korean-style, and party-wear jewelry.
  • We also work with local artisans to bring you unique handcrafted pieces.

4. How do I care for my jewelry?

  • Keep jewelry away from water, perfume, and chemicals.
  • Store in a dry, airtight box or pouch.
  • Wipe gently with a soft cloth after use.

5. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

  • Please record a full unboxing video when opening your parcel.
  • Share the video with us at contactus.anaya@gmail.com or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Without an unboxing video, we cannot accept claims.

6. Can I return or exchange an item?

  • Yes, you can request a return/exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in original packaging.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for returns.
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons) and customized items are not returnable

7. Do you ship internationally?

  • Currently, we ship across India.
  • For international orders, please contact us directly to check availability.

8. How can I track my order?

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
  • You can also log in to your Anaya Jewels account to view your order status.
