At Anaya Jewels, your satisfaction is our priority. Every piece of jewelry is carefully checked before shipping. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
✅ Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- A clear unboxing video from the very beginning of opening the parcel is mandatory to process any return or refund request. (This helps us verify any damage or missing items.)
- Customized or sale items are not eligible for return/refund.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Used or worn jewelry.
- Products without proper unboxing video proof.
- Hygiene-sensitive items such as earrings (unless defective/damaged).
- Items purchased under clearance or final sale.
💰 Refunds
- Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If you prefer, we can issue a store credit for future purchases.
📦 How to Request a Return

- Our team will verify the request and share the return pickup/shipping details.
- Pack the jewelry securely in its original box and hand it over to the courier partner.
✨ Note: Returns without unboxing video proof will not be accepted under any circumstances.
